About Mithmëoi

I started this site back in the summer of 2002. It began as your typical fan site/art site. Chock full of content about my favorite movies, mostly animated ones and loads of fan art. After a while I got tired of having typical content found on every fan site out there and branched off to make it more personal and start a blog and keep my art here, but I needed a good name. Beings as at the time I was very addicted to the Lord of the Rings I randomly was browsing a site and looked up what Greykitty would be in Elvish. So Mith = Grey and Mëoi = Cat . I found it fitting for my site since my main character is Greykitty. After a couple years I updated to a domain and bought Mithmeoi.net in fall of 2004 from Dreamhost. Which I might add I am extremely pleased with their hosting. It’s affordable and I have tons of space and bandwidth.   Please check out my guestbook if you have time and sign.
